Hiring Jacob Wiseman, owner of Madison Pro Services, is one of the best decisions I have made as a homeowner. He replaced a one-piece tub/fiberglass surround that had a crack in the bottom with a new tub and tile to the ceiling, plus new light fixtures. He also ended up replacing the toilets in two bathrooms that were leaking more than I realized. I am so happy with how everything turned out, which is due to Jacob's expertise and attention to detail. I appreciated that he took extra steps to keep dust and debris to a minimum, and he hired great subs for plumbing and electrical. Picking out the new tile turned out to be easy too, working with Susan at ProSource of Madison. I had to wait about four months to get on his schedule, but it was well worth the wait.

I was dealing with a contractor that was supposed to expand my shower and make it a steam shower. I was told to buy all the materials needed and they would start. Once all the material was bought the contractor told me they could not do the job. I was then led to Madison Pro Services and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jacob displayed a remarkable level of kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. From our initial consultation to the completion of the project, he consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. His timeliness was also noteworthy. Jacob adhered to the agreed-upon schedule meticulously, ensuring that deadlines were met without compromising the quality of his work. The level of reliability made the entire renovation process smooth and stress free. I would be remised if I do not mention his cleanliness. Jacob protected all areas where he was working, covering floors and furniture, closing in the area he was working in by putting plastic on the door and bringing in blowers that blew the dust outside. Jacob also swept and straightened the work area each day before leaving. Furthermore, Jacob exhibited a high level of expertise and knowledge in his field. He provided valuable insight and recommendations, which greatly contributed to the overall success of the project. It was evident that he was not only a skilled craftsman but also knowledgeable professional that takes pride in his work. Overall, I cannot recommend Madison Pro Services (Jacob Wiseman) highly enough. His combination of kindness, timeliness, cleanliness, professionalism, and expertise makes him a standout choice for your bathroom renovation or any tile work. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

UPDATE Jan2024. We love our shower with lighted infinity niche and added shelves.We were hesitant about adding the light and are so happy we did! The light adds an extra polished look to the new shower and has a dimmer . Madison pro services followed up after the completion to make sure we were fully satisfied. That alone sets him above other contractors, but his professionalism in all other areas truly made him the best choice. He was on time every day. He had a plan and schedule and made all the milestones. He communicated options and patiently explained things to us. While he was on site he worked, he was respectful and cleaned from the bathroom workspace to the front door every night. Our older house needed some electrical and plumbing upgrades and Jacob ensured quality every step of the way. You don’t get a shower at the end. You get a piece of art that he takes pride in creating.
