Edwin is amazing! I’ve had issues with my hvac since I moved into my house last year. Before trying this company I spoke with two other companies and they told me I had to change my whole unit and I was looking at 7K to replace the whole thing. Luckily, I found Edwin and he told me my unit is one of the best ones out and it just needed maintenance. He was right! My unit worked find the rest of the year til just recent. My system had froze up and the temperature in my home was at 85. I called Edwin and he advices me on what to do over the phone. Just like that it worked! My home is at 72 and it feels amazing. I love using this company for my hvac needs. I feel they care about their customers. Unlike, other companies I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I highly recommend everyone use E & G heating & air conditioning, they will take care of you the way you should be.

Our AC was not blowing air. Filter was new and the condenser was running fine. I noticed the pipe in the basement running into the unit was frozen and frosted over. I called Edwin and he had me thaw out the system until he was able to arrive at my home. Edwin was able to then troubleshoot and isolate our issue, which happened to be a small leak near the coil. He did what he needed to do and our system now works perfectly. Definitely the most affordable company to work with and explained the entire repair process in terms I was able to understand. Highly recommended.
