Had a remote start installed. Everything done as promised! Very friendly people. I think these folks do about anything in electronic accessories for a vehicle. It was very busy in the store while I waited and they offered discounts on products constantly to customers. They probably wouldn’t have to do this, but they seem very fair and reasonable for their goods and services. This was the second remote start I’ve purchased and had installed from them. They took plenty of time to explain in detail how to operate it and offered other options/upgrades to the product. They also were clear that if I had any issues do not hesitate to call, they would help in anyway possible, and I believe they would. It sadly is common knowledge in today’s society how hard good service and honesty is in business these days, but these folks operate in an old school way!! I highly recommend them!!

I called Scott's at 9am to get some information on getting a remote start put on my car. After going to a large corporation the previous day and I couldn't even get anyone to assist me. (I'm thankful now.) I told him what I was looking for and he took me through all my options and we found what would work best for me. He offered to have me to come in immediately and said the install would take about 2 hours. He had it finished in less time than that. He showed me how it worked and I was on my way. I highly recommend Scott's. Fast, friendly and informative with great prices. No more cold mornings for me. Thank you!!
