Update 1/5/26: as indicated in their response below, Jeff did reach out to me regarding my concerns. He came out to inspect the door and acknowledged the issues. He is going to make it right by replacing the door (which I greatly appreciate) so I am updating my review. I may update again once the new door is installed and operational. Horrible. I bought a sliding glass door for my house 2 years ago. Had problems with it the entire time it’s been installed. They have sent repair people out numerous times. I called and talked to the owner a few months back and he said he would come out and take a look at it himself. Ghosted me. I continue to have issues with this POS door. I’m not normally one to complain but this is awful service and an awful product.
