Jer was a blessing. He came on pretty short notice to pull our furnace out so repairs to the floor and wall could be done. He came right back out this morning and put it back in for us. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. And was reasonably priced. I would call him again in a heartbeat to do work for us.
I don't leave too many reviews and I'm not leaving this one just because we share the same name. Jeremy was professional and personable. He was easy to work with and I will call him again when I run into any other issues. Thanks, Jeremy B
I had an A/C Repair or Replace job I needed done and had a few local companies out to provide estimates. Jer was one of them. I was given an estimate and I declined it. Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. I am very glad I did not choose Jer.
Jeremy was very nice! He went out of his way to complete the job correctly. Showed up the day I called. Very reasonable price. We will call him again if the naughty bunnies get hungry again. Giggles! :)
Great company! We called early summer with a down AC unit, Jeremy rushed out and installed new at a great price. He was most concerned with our comfort level with 100° temperatures coming. Fast forward to fall, start up the furnace and it wasn't running correctly. Jeremy insisted he come over right away again not wanting us to be chilly. Jer's is officially our heating and cooling repair company, we'll never have a need to call anyone else!
