We looked at several places before we happened on Rundaq. Right away Austin, the owner and Patrick helped us out and took the time to explain why they recommend certain phones over others. Gave us a comparison between a few phones and told us what features were better etc. They are by far the most reasonably priced. Had a tech issue that Austin researched and was able to direct me over text how to remedy it because I wouldn't be able to get back in to town. Extremely happy with the service and quality. Excellent service! Went in with a shattered screen on my out of date phone. Found a great deal on a current model device. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had some issues activating service after switching between carriers. Went back in and they fixed the issue and called the carrier for me to be sure it was done correctly. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help customers get their device working. Best service I've ever had in all my years with a cell phone. I highly recommend this company!

Awesome place if you're looking to get a new phone or get one fixed! They gave me a great deal and trade in when I upgraded my new phone after my old phone started having some software issues. Would highly recommend, their pre-owned phones are in great condition and quality assured at the lowest price I could find. They also have plenty of brand new phone if you're looking for that as well. Was very satisfied with the customer service I received from the employees there, definitely will use again!
