Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa

Working with Window Depot was great from start to finish. Working with Dustin on the initial visit and quote was very comfortable and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We obtained multiple quotes and settled on Window Depot. The installers, Matt and John did an excellent job. They kept us informed throughout the entire project and were responsive to our questions as well as respectful of our property! Matt and John did an excellent job at our "unique" barn home! They installed all new windows and front entry door. They took care not to disturb plants in the flowerbeds and cleaned up afterwards so no trash/waste remained after they left. They asked our opinions on trimming out the windows and finished them the way we asked even though it was more difficult and used more material. Top notch installers and good people!

Working with Window Depot was a great experience from start to finish! We just moved into a new construction and didn't have blinds. After looking into a couple of options and talk to a few contractors, Josh at Window Depot definitely won us over! He's super down to earth and helpful. We had some concerns about the financial aspects due to our circumstances and Josh helped us to get a great financing option so we can have the project started right away. We had 3 companies quote replacing our windows and Dustin at Window Depot not only gave us competitive pricing, but he was the easiest most communicative sales rep that we dealt with! He answered all our questions, was thorough in explaining the benefits of their windows, and did not pressure us to buy on the spot. He immediately earned our trust. We have a 3 story limestone building built in the 1850's, that was in desperate need of over 40 windows, and a door. We spoke with 3 window companies, an important factor being that they had contractors available. We chose Window Depot based on price, product options, and comfortability with our salesman Pat. Communication was fabulous, and all our questions were addressed and answered quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that our windows were ready for install just a few weeks after the final sign-off.
