Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. This is my second review since my last one seems to have been removed. I signed a contract with Adrian for new siding which was completed but he never paid the crew that he hired to install it. Since then they have put a lien on my property even though I have paid in full. Adrian also offered to give me a bid on a new roof. I accepted it and gave him over $8,000 down and that’s when the communication started to dwindle and eventually he became a ghost. Choosing United was a great decision, and the experience felt genuine, not pushy. Adrian, the owner, leads a highly competent and efficient team. I appreciated that the communication was clear and upfront throughout the process. The installation itself was fast, and the crew was meticulous about cleaning up afterward, which I really value. The quality of our new windows is a massive improvement, and I'm very happy with the result.
