Top-notch service! I spent a couple days trying to find the perfect fit for what we needed. They were patient, informative, and went above and beyond to facilitate product demos so we could find something we loved. Vacuuming turf properly has felt next to impossible, since the turf acts like velcro with dirt and debris. This Sebo Dart cut our cleaning time in half, and with much better results. Thank you!

Used to buy vacuums from big box stores once or twice a year. Finally came to a real vacuum store that actually knew about quality. I spent more than I usually did, but the vacuum they sold me has lasted 5 years and is still going strong. We take it in for regular service about once a year. Recently had a part on our vacuum break. We took it in and they took care of the problem as fast as they could and even gave us a loaner vacuum while we waited. Amazing service. Prices are incredibly fair, bordering on cheap, especially for the service they provide. If I ever need to buy a new vacuum, or if I am in the market for a sewing machine, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hands down the best Vacuum store in the county! Very organized and friendly!! They were honest and fair, and told me upfront how much my vacuum was going to cost, to be repaired. I appreciated that, and then when I went to pick it up, there were no surprises. I really like this company.

Exceptional customer service. Very friendly upfront and honest. I’ve been a customer for the last 10 years and have never had any doubt about their service commitment to their customer in need. They just finished serving my older model Oreck vacuum. They now run perfectly, nearly good as new. I’m very pleased with Kodi and Heidi’s great friendly service.
