I have nothing but great things to say about the service and help I had. They sent Kevin right over because I needed urgent help. Kevin was so quick to find the problem and restore my water. Then quickly fixed another problem with a fair price and cleaned up after themselves. Really saved the day.
I called Will county well to come out. My pressure tank is in the crawl space on rocks. It was leaning and I concerned it might fall over. They never called me back. I guess it wasn't worth their time. I called Joe's well and pump out of New Lenox. They came within a few days. They were fair and honest
Could not of asked for better service. Dan came out replaced the tank in my basement, completely satisfied. Every aspect of the job, he was quick, thorough, cleaned up everything, took away the old one and cost was more than fair. Thank you Will County well and Pump. Highly recommended
Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with this company. One of the managers promised to take care of my well problem, but after several postponements, when I could have used the services of another company, he stopped answering the phone. After another conversation with another employee, there was no response for two weeks, and I could have hired another company, but this one seemed more reliable Yes, you're right, i hired another plumber because it was Friday and no one else wanted to come, and it's not true that it was about money, I was quoted 2k for the first 4 hours and I accepted it. What I mean is that you postponed me instead of saying... no, you can't do that.
Since well problems are thankfully pretty rare, I'm writing this review as much as for my own benefit than the general publics' - I want to be able to find this company again the next time something goes wrong. My pump broke on a frigid day and the technician was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and completely replaced the pump within 90 minutes. I couldn't believe how quickly my life returned to normal. Yes, it sucks when you have an unexpected major expense. But it sucks less when the company I randomly picked off the internet to fix it does so quickly and competently.
