The guys at wholesale battery are the best. I’ve dealt with them twice now and they’ve been willing to help me out, explain their process and get my batteries back to running right. Brian McGill helped me with my last issue (smaller drill battery that wouldn’t charge properly) he explained to me what was going on with it and got it back to me the next day fully charged. This saved me a couple hundred bucks on replacing it. If you’ve got a battery acting up, before you toss it, it’s worth taking it in and getting a quick opinion.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Wholesale Batteries, Inc. in Kansas City, Kansas to purchase a battery for my vehicle. It was a pleasure to meet Daniel. He took his time, giving me the available battery options. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Instead, he recommended I pull into the service bay to have the technicians, Dale and Harold, run a test to see if I actually needed to replace it. They were also very nice and explained to me why they would recommend a replacement at this time. They were quick to retrieve the appropriate battery and installed it for me. I felt the service I received from Daniel, Dale and Harold was top notch. They are models of how sales and customer service should be. I would highly recommend patronizing this company.
