I called today (Monday) at 2:24 PM to ask about the price of a battery. When I asked if there was a used option available since the new one was a bit out of my price range, the employee had an attitude and hung up on me. I was simply trying to explore a more affordable option. Very disappointed with the customer service experience.
Purchased a vehicle used, Continental group 65 supreme battery barely a year old, with date code July 2024, battery is completely shorted internally, sides bulging and is VERY hot to the touch. Was told that even tho yes, it has a 24 month warranty, the warranty is ONLY good for the original purchaser. STAY FAR AWAY, they do not honor their warranties.
I've had to get batteries a few times and they were always exceptionally kind and made sure I had what I needed at by far 1/2 the price anywhere else. They recharged a battery everyone else said was just dead and needed replaced. Always the best option locally.
I but battery in this place and it's not good I returned 2 time and they don't give me money back refund just other battery and the last ugly battery
