I'd give them 10 stars if I could. My dad said they did great work, but that was an understatement. No joke, I had a new stereo installed and was back on the road jammin' within 30 minutes. Dude was so fast that the door hadn't closed before he was back in handing me the keys. Awesome people, awesome service, awesome price, ten stars.
Monte is awesome. A great side mouth joker. They installed a sub and amp for me. Was fast and very reasonable price. Will for sure be back for more. Thanks guys!
Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would but Owner acted like he didn’t want to work on my car and was very unprofessional. I went three days in a row to get an automatic starter put on my car and every day i was told BS. First day I sat for 3 hours and was told the process would only take 45 min-1 hour which was a lie. Then he ended up saying they needed a part for my car so come back the next day. Second day owner claimed his 2 mechanics called in so come back the next day. Day 3 i talked to him on the phone before i went to the shop he claimed he was ready for my car. I get to the shop and sit for 1 1/2 so i ended up telling him I’ll just go somewhere else. He shrugs his shoulders like he didn’t care. So i left. Bad for business.
Got my front and back w tinted, along with getting remote start on my 2024 Camry. The remote start was fine but the tint job was poor. I had to take it back in to get the rear fixed, it was pretty bubbly. The reason for 2 stars is the front windshield. it was completely off of the glass and extremely bubbly. I took it back and one of the techs yelled in my face saying I will pay him for his time. Long story short, I got my refund for the front. The gentleman running the front of the shop was nice.
Wouldn’t come here for car audio. Main reason I’m disappointed is the crappy ground job they did for my amplifier. It is not in the place it should be. My ground gets wet it’s also touching paint. not bare metal. When they hooked my amp up for the first time the ground only lasted me a year…charged me 40 bucks to run the same crappy ground. And when they installed the new ground, they didn’t even clean up the mess they made inside my vehicle. There was broken Zip ties everywhere. There was also a piece of plastic they couldn’t even put back right inside my vehicle. It’s like his employee just rushed through it and didn’t even bother cleaning it up or make it look how it did before they did this work to it. I was told by a lot of people that my ground is just absolute junk and a lot of people told me to never come back to this place when they seen what my ground looked like and I’m not kidding when I say this. I like the owner but the employees just seemed to not do this right for my system. I also had some new speakers installed in my rear pillars. My vehicle is 25 years old. I know it’s fragile, but they broke so many clips. My rear pillars are just extremely loose now and it vibrates when I play music they could’ve done it way better there is tools for a reason so the clips don’t break if it’s done right the clips won’t get broken. Maybe a few broken clips is understandable but the fact that it seems like more than half of them is broke is just not acceptable in my opinion and it’s just extremely loose. I have to deal with an extremely annoying rattle noise now when I play music. I also remember after I got the new speakers installed he told me nothing was broke, but shortly after that I found out so many of my clips were broke and it was just so loose so that sounds like a straight up lie. Before I got the new rear pillar speakers installed in my single cab truck, my clips were just fine. None of them were broke. They were all good. Everything was tight. Nothing was loose but after I got it back from them, it was just a mess. It’s all just so loose and I’m very irritated about that and there’s nothing I can do now unless I spend over $200 and get new pillars etc. after I got the new speakers installed, one of the speakers stopped working the guy didn’t wire it right And one of the wires came loose he didn’t charge me to get that fixed, but still I should not have issues like that…I do appreciate the help from the owner, but I’m just not very happy with the employees. Unfortunately, I do not see myself returning to that shop I will go spend the extra money if I have to, and make sure my system is done the right way because car audio is something you don’t wanna mess around with.
