I contacted the WP Honda Service Dept recently for a recall. Ms Ana Cid, service dept consultant, was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was able to schedule service for the next very day, offered shuttle services to and from the dealership and was very professional at keeping me updated throughout the day. Overall very satisfied customer here, I’ve been with Honda for over 20 years and Ms Cid was able to deliver the best customer service yet!
Today I went to the service center on bank street and was very disappointed with the service I received, I am a customer for over 20 years and bought all my vehicles from Honda and goes only to Honda for my service. Today the representative I had told me that I have to wait for the oil to be at 15% before changed I told him that we are going on a long trip and would like it to be done it was at 30%. Then when I ask for it to be delivered to me when finished he said he can’t that he got locked out of his computer I also ask for a shuttle to get to my job and he said the same. My service was not good today for since I have been coming. This representative I had looks new and my service with him was not good at all VERY DISAPPOINTING, but overall I love Honda I will still come but I would never go to him again
Zero starts would be more accurate. We have owned 2 Odyssey vans, a civic, and 4 CRVs, so we have liked our Hondas. Our newest, a 2018 CRV, has had issues with emergency lights coming on (and I mean ALL of them coming on at one time). Took it to WP Honda service in 2023. They said one wheel showed over 100 mph but not the others. They cleared it, and we paid. It continued to happen, and last week, the car wouldn't accelerate, so we brought it back to them. $250 for a diagnosis, and they'll take it off if we do the repairs there. The car needed 4 tires and an oil change as well. The estimate to repair? $9300. They said we needed a new head gasket and new fuel injectors. We called our personal mechanic, and he told us that he would go and pick up our car (my mom is critically ill, and I practically live at the hospital). He fixed the car for less than a third of this price. Nothing wrong with the head gasket, didn’t need to replace fuel injectors (he cleaned them), 4 new tires, oil change, new cabin and engine filters. Oh, and we also needed 2 shocks which he replaced (included in that price).
Honda said they were so thorough with their $250 inspection/diagnosis. We are concerned that our 2 rear wheels needed new bearings and our mechanic said "THAT is what is causing your problem. How did they not see that? Did they drive your car? You can hear it!". My mechanic himself delivered my car back to me (he isn't located in WP).
I did answer a phone survey for Honda while sitting in the hospital and explained the pricing I was given. I have not received any followup. $9300 for a 7 year old car. Most of the repairs quoted were not needed (as we suspected) and major issues not found by Honda. We are beyond disgusted. Run the other way. Huge mistake to go here and a waste of $250.
