We were told by this towing company that they accepted our AAA (triple) membership and that everything would be covered. They instructed us to call the next day when we were ready for the tow. We did exactly that and confirmed again in their office that this was correct. They said yes and connected us directly with the tow driver. Once connected, the driver immediately changed the story. He was rude, said “that’s not how it works,” and told us he would charge us out of pocket, even though we had already confirmed our AAA coverage multiple times. He insisted we make a claim through AAA. We made the AAA claim right away. AAA then dispatched the same driver. His location showed he was right next to us, yet he never showed up. For almost four hours, he kept telling us he was “two minutes away.” This went on the entire time. He clearly had no intention of coming. This felt intentional and extremely unprofessional. Between the misinformation, rude behavior, and being left stranded for hours, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this company
