Khaing was very knowledgable and professional and also respectful. Got the job done good and was able to work a couple of extra bugs out afterward with no problems. Jason and crew were also great. After the excavation they put everything back in order without damaging grass or concrete. I am happy with my experience so far. Highly recommend whipple services.

I had a great experience with Khai from Whipple. He was quick to respond and very friendly throughout the visit. The price felt a little high, but I appreciated that he was able to quickly identify the leak source and fix it the same day by replacing the pressure-reducing valve and main water shutoff. Everything was completed within just a few hours. I’ve used Whipple in the past and will definitely use them again in the future.

We could not be more impressed with our technician, Todd Montague. He installed a subpanel in our garage for a Tesla charger, a 220 service, and an additional 110 service. He also installed a shut-off switch for our hot tub and completed the connection to the main electrical panel in the house. What truly stood out was Todd’s dedication to quality. He went above and beyond by removing sheetrock to fix an old hot tub wiring issue—something another company had left messy years ago—so that everything would look clean and professional. In the garage, he even recessed the new electrical boxes into the wall rather than just mounting them on the surface, showing real attention to detail. We can’t compliment his work enough. We’ll absolutely return to Todd for any and all of our future electrical needs—and if he ever moves to another company, we’d follow him there. It would be wonderful if every trade—plumbing, concrete, and beyond—showed the same level of care and craftsmanship. Thank you, Todd, for your exceptional work!
