Kirk Mobile Repair

They did fix my truck. My complaint is that they have overcharged me. They charged me too many hours, they left me without a truck for weeks without any communication. I took my own parts in to another company to get fixed (because they were taking too long) and I paid for the repairs myself and it seems like they charged me for that as well. 22 hours for 24$ an hour is no where near over $4,000.00.... I know good reviews can come from employees and family....

This company takes complete advantage of their customers. They try to lock you in with there authorization form and then hit you with a completely outrageous bill after you sign the authorization form. Just paid almost $1100 for a simple air bag. Kirk tried to tell me that the air bag was almost $400 when in reality its a $100 air bag. 400% parts mark up when using Kirks rip off repair! I have owned this truck for 15 years. I have replaced air bags on this unit before and never paid $400! Tried to explain to Kirk that this was not right and he didn't care to listen. Just keep stating that he had his authorization form signed. I would highly suggest staying away from kirks moblie rip off repair unless you can take a loan out to pay the bill! Its sad when people take advantage of certain situations like kirk did here. I paid with a credit card which kirk tried to refuse to take because i told him I was going to dispute the charge. Now kirk and I get to spend useless time disputing his outrageous price through the credit card process. Thanks for the service KIRK!!! Hope people are smart enough to stay away from you!
