Professionalism is the one word I would use to describe Absolute Comfort. From the beginning of the quoting process through the end of the installation, their whole team and process are top-notch professional. I was initially impressed with Absolute Comfort due to the amount of detail they reviewed during the quoting/design process. They had a detailed process to evaluate my home to perform a correct load calculation. They also provided as much detail as I requested when describing new system options. I also appreciated the explanation of their techniques to make sure the equipment is installed to last. I generally ask a lot of questions when working with contractors to quote out a job. This time was no different. All my questions were taken seriously, all were answered timely, and the answers were honest. The team that arrived to install my new HVAC system was outstanding. I was so impressed by their focus on customer service. They were courteous, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. They worked quickly to install a new furnace and A/C unit. The result was very well organized, again showing their professionalism. After the installation they provided system training so that I could properly operate and maintain the system between their bi-annual service visits. Absolute Comfort did such a great job that I was willing to wear a stick-on green mustache, take a picture of it, and post it to the internet!
