I’m not sure about most people, but updating the electrical in my house is a major financial step for us. For the company to bail on our first quote appointment was pretty upsetting and not a good first impression. We are now sitting here waiting for them to show up for the rescheduled appointment and they are 30 min late. Even if we just got a heads up that they are running late would suffice. But like I mentioned early, with such a costly project, you would hope the company would take the job seriously and with them not even being able to show up for the initial quote appointment, it gives me very low expectations for how they would be if w... Poor drivers. He made a right turn and cut me off, causing me to slam on my brakes, in order to avoid a crash.

Winward is our go to for electrical needs. Our latest home project was to install permanent outdoor year-round and holiday lighting. They also installed cafe lights on our back patio. The work was professionally done and reasonably priced compared to other quotes. Steton has done multiple electrical jobs at our house and he is fantastic. Knows what he's doing, trustworthy, tidy, and works quickly. Very pleased with Winward Electric.

Our commercial dust collector vacuum began working intermittently. It is a critical piece to our business and we had staff standing around without it working properly. I found Winward Electric with a Google Maps search and they came to help within one hour! I had tried a dozen other electricians who were all busy before calling them. Winward diagnosed the issue which was a failed Phase Convertor and installed a new one that we had on hand. We were back up and running and staff were back to work!
