We were in full panic mode when we discovered an issue with our well. Western Water Wells answered the phone, no one else did and one of their staff came to our home to inspect the issue outside and inside on a Saturday! He called Monday to follow up and again on Tuesday as the issue appeared to have corrected itself, but he wanted to ensure we knew what to do, why this issue had likely happened, etc. It was an instant relief to work with such a customer oriented service who demonstrated care and concern for our issue. In a world that has forgotten about true customer service, this company has it right and obviously cares about their service, but their customers as well. How refreshing!! We will use them exclusively for any future needs and can't recommend them enough to others. Newer company with old fashioned morals and work ethic!!! Keep doing what you are doing guys!! We are beyond grateful and satisfied:)
