Went in for a setup and a few extra adjustments to my guitar. The day after i drop it off, i get a call with some questions about my guitar, great, everything good so far. 4 days go by and I call because im thinking this probably should not take this long. I am told that on the day i got the phone call ( which was the day after i dropped it off) that I was told it was ready for pickup. If i was told that i would have been there in an instant to get my instrument. So im not happy, but i go to pick it up at the store, play it, setup and adjustments were okay but the guitar was still pretty filthy in some spots. If im paying for a setup i expect you to have it sparkling. And further, i brought it home, and upon further inspection i realized the guitar was strung HORIFICALLY. I mean i could do a better job than that, guys. It was really ridiculous, downright lazy. I held my tongue throughout this whole thing, cause i just wanted my guitar back asap and really did not feel comfortable putting it back into their hands to make “it right”. Overall they got the job done, but in a manner that suggests they just dont care all too much. Guitar should have been sparkling, and I would have rather strung it myself. I mean i really cant get over how bad it was strung, wow. Also if they had communicated to me that the guitar was done the day they called it would have saved me 4 days of wondering what the hell they were doing. Will not be back.
