Wind storm caused garage door to act wonky. Called for advice and was helped without question and he was very understanding. We have used a competitor many years ago and did not get this level of help when we paid for the work! And here he was, taking time to walk us through a DIY!! What a great guy and apparently a great company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Just had 5 garage doors installed at my house. Josh was awesome. So easy to talk too. They did an amazing job. His crew worked hard and were very friendly. The price was great. I highly recommend Josh and Western Montana Garage doors if you want a great and honest installation.
My garage door always made miserables sounds from the time I bought my house almost two years ago. Then it happened -- it closed partially on one side and not the other. When my daughter and I tried to adjust it, the whole door fell sideways and a couple of rollers fell off. I had a terrible feeling that the repair would cost a fortune, and that any contractor I called would say, "Yeah, we'll be out sometime in November." I called Josh and he came out that afternoon!! He was able to repair what I had, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts, etc. He worked in the garage for about an hour and now my garage door is not only fixed, but it runs like new. No more moaning and groaning every time I open or close it. Also, Josh's rate was exceptionally reasonable. I was so grateful for the same-day, professional, fairly priced service! I highly recommend Josh and Western Montana Garage Door Services. THANK YOU!
