I was referred by my fiance’s mom so first time customer, and first time customizing a ring, in this case a ring jacket. I’m a very plain jane person, I honestly had no expectations. I sent them a reference photo of what I was looking for and gave them my trust from then on. The customer service was wonderful – they were kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. Communication was great during the 3 month process and was assuring considering they had my engagement ring the entire time. I was very impressed when I saw it in person. The fit is perfect and it pairs perfectly with my engagement ring. it’s comfortable and feels smooth on my finger. it’s such a beautiful, timeless piece that I’ll cherish forever. The only thing I was bummed about was not having a payment plan as an option, they just offer a layaway.

Wonderful jewelry store! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We brought a watch in to have the back engraved for our son's high school graduation that was happening in less than a week. They happily took the job, and had it ready days ahead of the initial expectation. I later brought it back to have some links removed from the band. That visit was as nice as the first. This level of service really made an impression. Thanks again!

Looking to have a watch engraved for son's graduation. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Came in on a Thursday and item done by Saturday and looks perfect! We appreciated the timeliness and quality of the workmanship. The women who assisted us was such a nice person which is reflective of this store overall.
