VERY VERY RUDE IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would ! Went a little bit before closing didn’t realize they closed at 5 ( came right out of work) excited to look for jewerly in this new place for me ..as I was asking the lady that works there to show me pieces she Seemed to be getting more and more upset I finally asked her to see another set of bracelets and she proceeds to say “ why what do you want “ I say I’m just looking around she then says “because we are closing “ …. poor customer service very rude it could’ve been worded better… never has any place treated me this way. I then apologized and excused myself … will never be returning glad I didn’t give them my money.

We went here a few times, but after today never again. The first time I went with my fiance to get a ring resized about 5 months ago. We also purchased a pair of gold earrings for him for about $160. The woman was pleasant and offered to bend the clasps on the earrings so they weren't as loose. We went again to get another ring resized months later and she was pleasant as well. Today just my fiance went. He decided to sell her back the earrings because he had no use for them since his ear holes closed up. He told her he bought them from her to which she replied "I don't believe you" She then said that "HE" bent the clasps. He explained that she was the one who bent them. The best she could offer was $30, and she didn't even offer to test them to see if they were real gold or not. I would go somewhere else unless you like getting ripped off and treated poorly.

absolutely love this place. Prices are very fair and repair time is so fast.. had kay jewelers tell me 10 days for a ring resize and came to my senses and came here (where i should have in the first place) and had my ring back the same day!!! i was so happy. Quality is amazing as well seriously has not disappointed me at all and i have went here id say at least 6 times in the past year. Not once have i been disappointed by price or quality or service!!! seriously a great couple owning a great shop!
