I got New York style service and the same quality in the product. The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Gave me a great deal there was a problem with a stone on the bracelet I bought and he told me to bring it back and he would replace it for free I have yet to do that but this place has a reputation that precedes it, so I will definitely be bringing my business back to JC
