Such a wealth of knowledge. The technician was clearly proud of his work and super conscientious about the client experience. 100% feel that he should be commended and recognized for superior performance. Would love to see him again on future service appointments at my home.
We had an excellent experience getting our air conditioning unit installed. They came the next day and got right to it! Within a few hours Wallace and Lexie did a very fast professional job. We hardly knew they were there. They answered all of our questions courteously. We were super pleased with the job they did. Highly recommend!!!!
Carl did an amazing job when evaluating my ac/heat systems! He was upfront, honest and answered all questions. He gave great detail of any issues big or small and provided a way to explain them that was understood to a non-professional in his trade. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions with absolutely no pressure. Carl and We Care Air will be our first and only call for any of our future ac/heating issues!!!
My wife could have died! The electrician Tristan Jackson, went to my house to repair a breaker box. I was out of town. The electrician did not reassemble the breaker box when he left! My wife parks right beside the breaker box and she could have died! The company didn’t seem to care or worry about how big of a deal this is. They even took the screws so I cannot replace the panel. What kind of company is this!?
This company is a god send. As an active duty service member serving overseas, I received a phone call from my property manager informing me that I had a massive water leak. Justin from this company immediately sprang into action assisting me with financing the repair. Furthermore he coordinated with a partner company to come in behind them to clean and dry out the water, replace the drywall, and carpets. All coordinated through my homeowners insurance company. These actions saved me thousands of dollars. Best customer service and genuine care I have ever received. This company will be my go to without question. I recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well as AC and electrical. Justin you ROCK!!!
