I brought my Daughter's phone in yesterday, iPhone 16 Prom Max to get a cracked screen repaired. The cost was $215. Less than 24hrs later the phone had a purple ring around there screen then stated turning white! The receipt states there is a 30 day warranty on his work. This is a lie! Just went in the store and he told my Daughter he will not cover it because she should have chosen the more expensive OLED screen (which he did NOT have in stock, not did he say the LED screen replacement wouldn't be covered under his warranty!) A complete scam!! He told her he can take $50 off her purchase another screen! Trust me.. Don't fall for his "cheaper" prices! You get what you pay for! Also, the repair took him over 3 hours even he said one hour. Disputing with my bank!

This is upsetting because I’ve known Eddie since I was 7 years old. I’m only a year older than his son Moe. However, they are not acting ethically in this situation. My phone stopped working less than 20 days after they repaired my back screen. When I called to check if I was still covered under the 30-day warranty, they told me no, claiming it was only for computerized repairs, not cosmetic work. When I inquired if they used Apple-grade glass on my phone’s back, they also said no. I asked what could be done about it, but they basically dismissed me. I used to respect Moe and Mary before this happened, but you can't succeed in life by engaging in shady or dishonest business practices. Their actions will eventually catch up with them. I lost over $200 on this fake OtterBox and the so-called repair they performed. I may have lost that amount, but when divine justice catches up with them, they’ll likely lose much more. I would never give them another dime of my money again!
