Aggressive Plumbing (AP) refused to accept the return of a brand new toilet that doesn't fit and is over-priced. AP refused. Customer escalated. AP approved. Customer requested paper copies of the invoice. AP pushed back. Customer canceled refund. Updated this review from one star to two stars. Like every other plumber in business these days, Aggressive Plumbing is billing aggressively, billing efficiently and working aggressively and working efficiently. Their priorities are aggressiveness, efficiency and profitability. Good for them. They are in the business to make money. Not much time for effective customer communication, effective customer service or effective customer satisfaction. If the customer doesn't want the commode, take it back. If the customer wants a printed copy of the invoice, give it to him. OK. AP did just that after their Owner gets involved. Not feeling good about being an AP customer. But after it's all said and done, they may be the best in town.
