Peter came over on Monday and assessed my problem with the heat pump. After parts were ordered and arrived he quickly installed them. Great Service by both the office and the technician.

I can't give Watson Heating & Air enough stars! We had them out twice while we lived in Richmond and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get us back up and running. Their pricing is very fair, the technicians are kind and professional, and they get the job done efficiently.

I have no idea who this company is or how you got my phone number, but I have never used your services. I don't even live in Kentucky.I keep getting texts from someone named Alisha asking me how my experience was, if I would recommend you, etc. PLEASE stop contacting me.

Our unit had technical issues. I called a few places this place is honestly the most reliable. Service tech was out in 30 minutes. They were very professional and clean from talking to Dispatch to coming to your house. I would definitely sign up for the yearly service.
