I really wanted them to do work on my home, especially after reading these reviews. After the initial look into what I needed, Kyle said that I'd get a quote. I never did get a quote. I got in touch with Kyle again, letting him know that I never got a quote to which he said he'll try to get that on the front burner- I had waited a couple of weeks already. Because I thought he was good to his word, or at least professional, I asked if he might come over to look at a wall I wanted moved. He said he'd be here that day. He never showed, he never called, he never texted. Due to such unprofessional actions, I took my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

My review is based off a couple of items, I feel as if my time was wasted and communication lacked with delays in schedule as the agreed upon time was not kept to. I completely understand things happen, just loop me in. When they finally showed one man told me the other was stuck in traffic then the second said he had a customers water off. I don’t like feeling lied to. I then get the quote for the job which is incomplete based on what we spoke about and for half of the quote to be kitchen cabinets there’s no details as to what the number is based off of/type of layout, etc. I do not feel like I was listened to nor can I accept a quote that tells me so little. I am just disappointed and didn’t even get to the project at hand. I will say that Destanie was fabulous to speak with.
