I can’t thank Dom of Quantum Comfort Heating and Cooling enough for the fast and professional service he provided when repairing our furnace! He was highly recommended by someone who lived in my neighborhood and I’m glad we chose his company! He never came off as being pushy or like a salesman. His first priority was making sure he provided the best service to ensure my family and I could get back to normal life with heat in our house! He provided all options for us and explained it to me well enough for me to understand. He made sure to maintain constant contact and keep us updated with part ordering/availability and scheduling installation. He was always prompt and on time which earned all my respect! Huge shoutout to Dom and his crew at Quantum. The team was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. Dom took the time to walk me through the whole installation process, and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working perfectly and that I was happy. I’m someone who likes to understand how things work, but a lot of contractors just gloss over the details. Not Dom. He knows his stuff and was willing to dig into the nitty-gritty with me, which I really appreciated. If you need heating or AC work done, I’d 100% recommend giving Quantum a call.
