Water Works - Water Purification Company

The whole Water Works team was phenomenal! Our water was very very bad and we looked at some other outfits (online and local) - no one compared in price or professionalism. The customer service was exceptional - they worked with me on scheduling and with our families needs. The level of detail was unmatched. I've recommended them to a few friends who have water issues and will be using them again if I ever run into trouble water again! Highly recommend!

The water purification system we had installed in our mobile home is amazing. We have enjoyed it thoroughly. It's low maintenance and performs wonderfully. I recently had a situation where I noticed the salt in the tank wasn't going down as normal. When I called the company the owner (yes, the owner) explained that sometimes an air pocket might develop under the salt and he told me to take a broom handle to it and loosen it up. That was it! All done on the phone with no service call and no charge. If the situation ever arises again, I'll know how to handle it. Thank you!
