Great team to work with. Paul came for a quote for a whole house water softener and a new expansion tank on the water heater. A few days later as scheduled his team came, installed everything in a few hours. They were very professional and efficient. I paid what I was quoted. In the process, Paul has always be quick to answer any of my questions by email or text.
Our 10 year old water softener system failed, the original company is out of business. Got a referral for WATER PROS. We use the soft water to save money on soaps / chemicals and for spot free washing of repaired cars. WATER PROS is a great company to work with. Paul provided great information to help me make the a decision for the best replacement system. The technician, Wylan came out to remove the old system and install the new system. Thank you for the great service and product!
Last week Technician Ranna came to our house to inspect our water systems. She was awesome! She explained how everything thing works so we could understand and properly maintain our system. She tested the water quality and recommended replacing several filters in the RO system.
