Great experience with this company. They definitely gave us the best deal! My mom really appreciated their ability to give us a price quote from photos and information we provided. We had Matt H. (technician) install the new water heater and he was great. He was exactly on time and was very nice. Having people over for anything is usually very stressful due to our 4 large dogs. He was very calm with dogs and made this process easier than usual. He was very informative and always gave a heads up on things to expect.

Water Heater Pros did an excellent job replacing my old 50 gallon gas water heater with a 65 gallon Bradford White Aerotherm Series G2 Hybrid Heat Pump water heater. Steve was very knowledgeable and offered great and recommendations and solutions to make it happen. Bobby also is a top-notch tradesman and did an outstanding job with the install. Very impressive work making the new larger unit fit in the old space. Another big plus was they made the SMUD rebate process painless. Overall, quality install and with great pricing!

I highly recommend the Water Heater Pros! Bobby arrived on time and was at my house for several hours taking out my old water heater and then installing my new one. He communicated what was going on every step of the way. The installation of my new water heater went perfectly. I also wanted to mention that we were given a fair price. Was very pleased with the quick response. Carlisle was our technician. We decided it made more sense and money better spent to replace our 10-year old Rheem 40 gallon gas water heater that would have been expensive to repair. We chose a new American Standard 40 gallon gas water heater which carried a 12 year warranty. We also added a Grundfos hot water recirculating pump so we could have hot water on demand during our peak hot water usage times. Carlisle's workmanship and professionalism were first rate. We were both very happy with Water Heater Pros and would definitely use them again in the future. It's now a few days later and we are enjoying the hot water (no more gym showers!) and also loving the instant hot water to the faucets during the times of the day we have the hot water recirculating pump programmed to run. I am very happy with Water Heater Pros and can confidently recommend them!
