Luis Rivas is the technician that came to my house in a hurry. He was amazing, he fixed all my problems. He waited for my landlord to give an approval to get a new water heater for 45 minutes. Once he got the approval, he went to the store and got a new one. He stayed pretty much the whole day and didn’t even mind all the conversation with my kids. He was funny and so professional. He did a great job and took a lot of care. So happy with the service I received, if anything ever happens again I will definitely call them and recommend them to everyone.

Luis Rivas is a water heater hero. Our old heater had serious attitude—moody, unpredictable, and fond of cold showers. Luis swooped in like a true gentleman and gave it the boot. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative, taking time to explain everything without overwhelming us. Bonus points? He left zero mess behind—just peace, warmth, and hot water like a dream. My family is beyond satisfied, and so is my spine, now that I don’t have to brace for icy betrayal every morning. Thank you, Luis, for rescuing us from plumbing purgatory! Highly recommend.

Water Heaters Only is a great company! This is the 2nd time we've used them in 14 years, thats how long the 1st water heater lasted that they installed in 2011. I called today and they came out today. Brandon the technician was great. Very professional and personable. The new Water heater install today was quick! Brandon explained some of the features of the new Water Heater and answered all our questions. Very nice guy. Will definitely use again in the future.
