After receiving bloated quotes from various other HVAC companies, I was finally relieved to find one that shot straight with me right out of the gate. The technician of Sun Heating & Cooling gave me an honest evaluation/quote and then followed it up with an outstanding install. The entire team was great. I was notified when the install was going to take place; when the workers were on their way; and when the work would be completed. The installers were prompt, professional, and efficient.
We had Michael come out and give us a quote for relocating some HVAC lines, his quote was very competitive. After a week I called to schedule an appointment. But in the interim, we figured a way of doing the work without relocating lines keeping in line with the budget. I called the office to cancel the appointment. The office staff along with its outside personnel is just simply great. I would definitely use them should there be a future issue.
