The repair ultimately resolved the issue, and my vehicle is running properly again. However, the overall customer service experience could be improved. My car remained at the shop for about a week due to parts delays, and I had to initiate most follow-up calls for updates. Communication regarding timelines was inconsistent. When the vehicle was ready, I was contacted to submit payment over the phone and pick up the car, but there was little explanation provided about the work completed. A brief walkthrough or acknowledgment of the delay would have made the experience feel more professional. I appreciate that the repair fixed the problem, but clearer communication and customer care would greatly improve the overall experience.
