Absolutely amazing service and straightforward and honest pricing. Needed to get my drive belt and tensioner replaced urgently while I was visiting from the Northeast, and they were able to take my car immediately. I didn’t even call them beforehand, and when I got there they said they could have it done within a couple hours. Everyone was incredibly polite. Komba told me to stay while he looked at the pulleys right in front of me, had me fill out a part order form so he could get a new belt, and he said he’d call me in 30 minutes once he gets the other cars out of the garage so he could raise it and see if anything else was wrong. He then gave me a price quote for me to approve before he started working on my car. My car was done within 4 hours! When I came to pick up my car, he showed me the broken parts and explained what was wrong and what they fixed. New belt, tensioner, and labor cost $380, which is great if you look at how much those parts cost on Rock Auto. I am always nervous mechanics are going to rip me off, but I could not have felt more comfortable using Komba Auto Service. He explained everything to me and informed me of the pricing before he started working on my car. Could not recommend more!
