Warners' Stellian Appliance

From purchase to install, we had a great experience with Warners' Stellian. Caroline at the St. Paul location was friendly, professional, and anwered any questions we had. Hector & Carlos were professional and took a lot of care into the delivery & install. They were respectful of the home when moving the large units through the house & up the stairs. They took care in cleaning up after the install as well. Keep up the great work!

The whole experience was very easy. From ordering to delivery, it didn't take much time. Brain was able to answer the questions we had and helped us get our oven sooner than expected. Delivery was easy. The team installing the oven was able to do so quickly. Delivery and installation charges seemed reasonable.

Great customer service! Our washer/dryer died two weeks after giving birth to our first child - great timing! My parents have been purchasing their appliances from here for decades so we decided to check it out. They have a huge selection, but we knew exactly what we were wanting so we made it easy for them. Our salesman was very friendly and helpful, and they don’t hire out the delivery like Home Depot does so delivery and installation was very timely and smooth. The guys who installed our washer/dryer were efficient, informative and very polite! We will 100% return for any future appliances we may need.

Good service. Decent selection. Delivery was made with great skill and care. Scheduling process was non-existent and horrid despite extra paid. Makes me rethink purchasing. Fix that and I would rate 5 stars.
