Don't bother calling in to the parts department. I just called in to see if they had a part, told the guy what I needed and said I had a part number. Was met with silence, when I said "hello?" He said, "you said you had a part number for me?" He didn't say "go ahead with that number, give me the number and I'll check it for you" nothing like that. I gave him the number and he just said "I don't have one of those." He sounded like he hates his job, and couldn't care less what type of professional service he provides over the phone. I've been to 5 local truck/diesel businesses today and this was the most unprofessional service I've received out of all of them.
My father drove his RV 600 miles to my home in williston to work on my house and broke down in Ray. They left Friday and needed to leave Sunday. Several of my family members needed to be back for work Monday and Wallwork was able to replace the alternator very fast. Very kind employees and kept my dad updated. They were even concerned that my dad made it home alright and made that clear when they called Monday. Excellent service and we highly recommend them.
Arrogant man working at the counter and it is absurd at how much mark up they have. Forty dollars for two ignition keys. $10 a blank and $10 to cut them. Ensures that I will do as little of business with them that I can.
I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The salespeople and managers are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. I manage a commercial tire store and regularly need parts. I have used the Fargo location many times and my expectations have been exceeded time and time again. I assumed it would be the same in Williston. I was wrong. Associates played on their phones and made jokes and ignored customers in the store, as well as phones ringing. There were as many as 3 lines ringing while the customer service representatives continued to talk amongst themselves and ignore them. I watched 2 customer wait over 5 minutes at the counter without so much as a greeting. I ordered some wheels that were supposed to arrive at the store but didn't make the shipment, instead of offering to send someone down to the warehouse to pick them up they said it was my problem and the earliest they could get them to me was 5 days later. I had to explain to my customer why his work couldn't be completed on time as promised. I was there for over an hour with absolutely nothing to show for it. Steer clear of this place. At least they are consistant, every customer is treated the same way, disrespectfully and without any concern. If this is how they treat a commercial account who spends 10s, if not 100s of thousands of dollars a year, I can't imagine how they treat an owner operator or a small company. Absolutely disgraceful.
