If I could give zero I would. To whomever the manager was tonight at 6:00pm. Shame on you for ever treating a customer like you did me. I’ll never shop here again with how you treated a paying customer with simple questions then badgered me for the product I was purchasing. Throw her out. Unnecessary rudeness.
Jacobi was amazing he assisted me in my return for a product that was damaged upon using. I appreciate his respect and his thoughtfulness for the ongoing issues and resolving them in a very professional manor. I highly recommend him for anyone who’s going into the store definitely speak to him.
Manager was very rude when getting a hunting license, acted like she was a know it all and made us pay twice for a license when it approved the first time. Very disappointed in this place after going to it years for my hunting and outdoors needs
This is a great store and the staff is great! The cashier is always smiling and greeting us when we come in. The people at the gun counter are knowledgeable and the store looks great! I think it would be nice to have just a bit more selection on clothing, but other than that it is wonderful.
