Huge mahalo to the team at Waipio Auto Repair! While we were parked at Pearlridge (near the Macy’s parking garage), our pastor’s car door wouldn’t open because the driver’s side door had been damaged earlier in the week and the key fob battery had just died. We were preparing to call a locksmith when three members of the Waipio Auto Repair team happened to walk by and offered to help. One of them, a master mechanic, quickly used his tools to safely open the door for us something they absolutely didn’t have to stop and do. I had my first visit with Waipio Auto Repair. First time, I ever brought my car here. I made the decision to do so, based on their yelp reviews. I dont want to say too much of a novel, I am going to do my best to not make this great review too long. I would like to send a shout out to Irene at the front counter and Luzcille. They were both so sweet, kind and accommodating. Times have been very emotionally heavy for me personally, and i had a melt down emotionally, did not mean to. Appreciate the work done on my a/c repair job on my Toyota Tacoma truck. Thank you for honoring your work. I highly recommend Waipio Auto Repair. The owner and staff at Waipio Auto Repair are very hospitable. This shop also shuttle me to my house when I didn’t have a ride home.
