Wonderful to work with. So easy and accommodating. Worked with Demtry on my Audi S5 2018. Tried another shop before and had to run down with a check a couple times even before work was done. Decided to find someone I trusted and felt they could do it right the first time. Fast and easy. Honest and respectful. Kupuna here- so trust was really important
I don’t trust people with my Mustang GT but was fortunate enough to be reccomended TopLevel Cars by a close friend. Phenomenal service, this place employs real experts who diagnosed some minor issues with my car that were overlooked by other mechanics. Droppd my car off on a weekday and picked it up the next day and was provided a rental. Prices were extremely reasonable. The shop is clean and well cared for which is rare in Oahu. Awesome 5/5
Like their name says, top level service from front desk to mechanics. Nobody wants these European cars, but these did't flinch. They got my car in a couple days after calling them. Got my Porsche back on the road in two days with an affordable price after being turned away by multiple shops, and one shop scanned it and couldn't figure it out. Very happy, thank you TopLevel Cars!
Took my Volvo in for what I thought would be a simple fix. I relayed to them what I thought was the issue and they ran their diagnostic, I noticed they had checked what I said first. (Big green flag) I’ve never been to a shop that actually listens to me as a customer. They ended up finding other issues I hadn’t known of but it was still very reasonably priced for all the work they had done. I had even asked about another job but they were honest that it wasn’t urgent. (Another big green flag) I’ve also never been to a shop where they weren’t trying to push more work just to squeeze more money out of me. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Super awesome, super honest, and super quick. Had to bake em cookies to show appreciation lol. I will most definitely be back!!
