I am very pleased I have found this place through a referral because from the moment I entered the repair shop … I was greeted and quickly waited on and that kind of sets the tone . I waited in their waiting room which I found to be very spacious and very clean. They offered complimentary coffee while waiting . Restroom also found to be very clean . Later when my car was ready … my charges were exactly what they quoted me in the beginning. I highly recommend this company as I know their quote was lower than what the dealership quoted and they have friendly service here .

Capitol Auto is a very kind, professional and trustworthy place for auto repairs, safety inspections and oil changes. Daniel and Jesse are friendly and knowledgeable, everyone works hard and diligently. They are a very thorough and honest asset to their clients and the community.

Made an appointment to get my 08 Honda CRV checked out. It a had a motor oil leak and a rack and pinion leak. I asked to have the brakes inspected although there was no obvious problem braking. The customer service agent informed me of the issues the tech found. He even escorted me under the lifted car and pointed out the problem areas. He provided me with a printout of the work I consented to have done with an estimate which included parts and labor. He assured me the car would be repaired by the end of their work day at 5:30 pm. This is the first auto shop that made me feel so comfortable with my repair. Daniel was so patient and helpful with detailed explanations of all of the services they offered. They are honest and reliable. The work was on time, fast and completed before the estimated time. Unlike other establishments they are considerate of their customer's time. Charges were very reasonable and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Capitol Auto.
