Cesar's has been our family's auto repair shop for over a decade. Cesar is an honest man that does quality repairs and maintenance. Thank you Cesar, for all the years of trusted service.
Cesar's Auto Repair is hands down one of the best auto repair shops I have ever been to. My 1999 4.6 F-150 had a serious coolant leak and an oil leak, but it was no problem for Cesar and his team. They identified the issues and fixed my truck. They are honest, hard working, and very thorough in their work. They have a lifelong customer in me now. Thank you to Cesar and his whole team!!! -Colin
Jeremy did not disappoint! It was my first time experiencing his services and he was quick but very instructive. He had such an incredible humor/personality, and really knows how to brighten his customers day! For-sure will be coming back for future services!! Thank you Jeremy!
Went in for an issue with a loud noise and engine rumble. Got charged $80 for a diagnosis (which you can literally do at any auto store for free, it’s a $20 car code reader). THEN, they made the assessment that the spark plugs were the issue, and replaced those for a smooth $310 dollars. And what do you know, the engine was still making a rumble, so they thought the issue was the oil separator on top of the engine, which I got quoted for $450 (the part itself was only about $45 on amazon). I said absolutely not, and replaced the item myself. And the engine still had issues. I showed the car to a buddy of mine who’s savvy on car stuff, and the... I said absolutely not, and replaced the item myself. And the engine still had issues. I showed the car to a buddy of mine who’s savvy on car stuff, and the whole cylinder issue was due to a faulty plastic clip that could have been fixed with a 25 cent zip tie. Car runs fine now. Long story short, an inability to make a good diagnosis will lead to a hefty repair bill that MIGHT not even fix your car. An honest, smart mechanic is tough to come by, and this place certainly doesn’t make the cut. There’s several other repair shops on island that will do diagnostic plus pictures for free and then recommend certain repairs to you.
