Waikiki Cell Phone Repair

Do NOT TRUST this guy under any circumstances!!! Brought my Macbook there after spilling water over keyboard. He kept $100 for the cleaning, then came back and said keyboard & plugs would be damaged, he'd need to take out parts and put it into another Macbook, which would be a very difficult task, so he wanted $500 for the task. Having read another review, I knew this guy is not to be trusted, so I collected my laptop and brought it to a friend who connected an external keyboard and literally pulled my data onto an USB stick within 5mins. SCAMMER, he also kept my deposit of $60 for works that were never realised, after I said I want my macbook back, SCAM, to the point were legal boundaries were crossed.

overpriced scammer. would give no stars if I could. I took my phone to this person for a water damage repair and he charged me $135 upfront. when I arrived to pick up my phone he charged me AN EXTRA HUNDRED upon pick up, after trying to upsell me a phone screen for $540 dollars???? the phone only cost $700. ridiculous. I declined the phone screen upgrade and asked for a screen protector. the total cost of my first repair was $235 total. well, two days later my phone falls to the ground and shatters because guess what - he did NOT put a screen protector on it. I took the phone back to him and explained the situation. this man accused me of REMOVING the screen protector and "having an attitude" because I was upset that my phone was destroyed after I was charged double for a service that he was dishonest about completing. then he refused to fix my phone or return the money I paid him for the screen protector I never received. total waste of money, terrible customer service, and this business owner should reconsider admitting when he made a mistake and be okay with making it right after charging me double the price he promised. additionally, before my phone broke I was receiving notifications from apple that my phone had an "unrecognized part" so I can't vouch for the legitimacy of the work done on the first repair. im honestly so disappointed, offended, and could never recommend this repair shop to anyone in good conscience after the treatment I received. shame on you.
