Tricked Out Accessories and Phone Repair - Kahala

Saturday February 21, 2026 we came here to find out if something is wrong with the iPhone charging port or the battery. Instead Beau looked at it and cleaned out the charging port. 8 very, very tiny balls of dust came out. We were shocked as it looked clean in there. He plugged it in and it started charging. He recommended using a wireless charger instead like a MagSafe. I just needed the stick on magnetic ring. As the last time, I was there for a new phone case and screen protector. I threw away the MagSafe phone case later which was a mistake. My friend said, to just buy the stick on magnetic ring instead to the phone case that I already have. He stuck it on for me. It charges that way too. I paid and we left very happy thanks to Beau!! We will be back again as I live right up the street from here.

I have been in this particular store before and bought some miscellaneous items for my phone and I have always been approached by a very friendly welcoming customer service person. That day it was Beau and he helped me by showing me options and prices for what I came in for. I bought my item then he went one step further and asked me if I would like help putting it on for me! I said yes, he did it and I was out of there a very happy gal! Thanks Beau! I’ll be back !
