Saturday February 21, 2026 we came here to find out if something is wrong with the iPhone charging port or the battery. Instead Beau looked at it and cleaned out the charging port. 8 very, very tiny balls of dust came out. We were shocked as it looked clean in there. He plugged it in and it started charging. He recommended using a wireless charger instead like a MagSafe. I just needed the stick on magnetic ring. As the last time, I was there for a new phone case and screen protector. I have been in this particular store before and bought some miscellaneous items for my phone and I have always been approached by a very friendly welcoming customer service person. That day it was Beau and he helped me by showing me options and prices for what I came in for. I bought my item then he went one step further and asked me if I would like help putting it on for me! I said yes, he did it and I was out of there a very happy gal! Thanks Beau! I’ll be back !

The girl was very helpful and explained why the wireless charger didn't work for my phone. I didn't go in there knowing that you can repair the charging port so I had her repair it. I know they have a reputation for doing great repairs. If I have any further issues ill definitely go back to them!
