My truck had a 4x4 issue, and I had taken it to a few different shops for diagnostics. None of them were able to pinpoint the problem or wanted to take on the work. Alex, on the other hand, was willing to help right away. He identified the faulty part just by listening to the noise over the phone and then confirmed it with a quick diagnostic. He clearly explained my options and what needed to be done. I dropped off my truck in the morning and had it back the same day, running great with no issues. His labor pricing was very fair as well.
