We had a number of plumbing issues that collected over the years on 50+ year old piping and valves. Leaks, frozen valves, imminent failure types of issues. Jaren and Ivan were friendly, polite and did meticulous work, expertly, and left the area cleaner than they found it. No pressure tactics, but provided a range of options for different levels of service. Never tried to push the most expensive action. Plumbing work is expensive. I did some pricing around and I believe JGR plumbing provided a great overall value for the price. They will be the first I call in the future.

After reviewing positive comments about JDR Plumbing LLC, I gave them a call and received a reply almost immediately. I shared my problem with Jaren and sent photos of the specific area. He responded almost immediately with a quote that had a range of pricing based on what they encountered on the job. He even displayed open appointment slots for the next week if I wanted to proceed, so I chose a date and time. When Jaren arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with his very polite and professional demeanor. They immediately started the job and completed it within an hour. The photo on the left is of the broken part with the new replacement on the right.The bill was for the lowest quote from the range he quoted me. We are very pleased with his work and impressed with his integrity and will be definitely using JDR Plumbing in the future.
