The young technician, Damian, was extremely helpful with helping me select a proper garage opener. After hearing what my preferences were, he actually suggested a model he didn't have in his truck. Still, he offered to drive to the office to get it because it would fit my needs and best. This added at least one (unpaid) hour to his schedule. After that, the installation process was very quick and professional. He answered all my questions.
From the moment of reaching out to Liberty Garage Door Services for a quote and through the installation process, service, etc. everything was very professional...Mike and Damon was really great with the communication, installation and cleaning up behind themselves. I love my garage screen and definitely will be calling Liberty Garage Screen Services again in the future if needed. Thanks guys!
It would be an understatement to just say my expectations were exceeded. If I could give the employees of Liberty Garage Door Services 10 stars, I would. When my garage door became inoperable, I reached out for recommendations. I needed the door to function ASAP. After I connected with LGDS, they sent their technician, Joseph, the following morning. He was very professional and personable. Explained all my options. I chose to go with a garage door replacement and was advised it could take up to two weeks. Joseph was able to make a temporary fix which was greatly appreciated. Later that same evening, I received a call to let me know that they had all the materials needed and were able to do the job in the following morning. So…a 24 hour turnaround. To say the least, I was elated. Joseph did the installation and it far, far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough to thank this company for its exceptional service.
